Condominiums remain an attractive entry point into the market, with a median price of $529,000 and an average price increasing 5.7% year-over-year to $692,222. For buyers, condos continue to offer excellent value and long-term investment potential.

One of the most exciting signals is the surge in pending sales:

  • Single-family home pending sales jumped 14.4%

  • Condo pending sales increased 5.0%

Additionally, 31% of single-family homes sold above asking price, highlighting strong competition for desirable properties.
